Tuesday Weight Pull Evening Meal $24.00 per person
Taco Ole’ Make Your Own Taco: Flour Tortillas, Diced Tomatoes, Shredded Lettuce, Chopped Onion, Sliced Jalapeno’s Sliced Black Olives, Shredded Jack Cheese, Guacamole & Pico de Gallo, Adobe Chicken, Carne Asada, Roasted Baja Vegetables, Refried Beans, Large Bowl of Corn Chips, Cinnamon Churros. • All Buffets included Coffee, Tea, Decaffeinated Coffee and Assorted Soft Drinks •

Friday Weight Pull Evening Meal $26.00 per person
Wrap It Up Buffet: Mixed Greens Salad with Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, Classic Caesar Salad, Choice of Two Wraps – Classic Tuna Salad, Grilled Teriyaki Salmon w/Carrots, Sweet Peppers, Pineapple, & Hoisin Sauce, Garlic Pit Beef with Cheddar Cheese, Red Onion, Tomato & Horseradish Cream. Chicken Caesar Wrap, Roasted Vegetable & Mediterranean Hummus, Smoked Turkey Club, Sliced Virginia Ham & Cheddar, Fresh Baked Cookies, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Complete Coffee Service, Herbal Teas, Iced Tea & Water.

Saturday Awards Banquet $40.00 per person
Cash Bar House Selection: Liquors, Wines & Beers. Dinner: SALAD –Baby Spinach with Mandarin Oranges, Toasted Almonds, Broccoli & Sesame Dressing. ENTREES –Sage Crusted Pork Loin with Country Apple Stuffing or Mediterranean Red Snapper. DESSERT–Tart and Tangy Lemon Layer Cream Cake, Complete Coffee Service

Seminars are free to all SBCA members.  You are not required to purchase a meal to attend.  You cannot bring in your own food/drink; this is the hotel’s rule.  If you are attending the seminar without the meal please send in the reservation form so enough seating will be allocated.
